School contributions
In NSW public schools, all financial contributions are voluntary. Every student has full access to the curriculum, regardless of whether contributions are made.

Kindergarten transition
All Kindergarten students enrolling at the school are encouraged to attend the Kinder Transition Program. This involves the students attending school on nominated days in Term 4 of the year prior to their enrolment. The students take part in school activities. It also gives the new students a chance to get to know one another before starting school.
Extra support is also provided through our Binalong Preschool Kinder Transition program, which provides Binalong Pre-school students extra opportunities to meet with school staff and students, as well as visit and attend events at the school regularly, prior to starting kindergarten.
