Driving and parking

The start and end of the school day are busy times for pedestrians and drivers outside schools.

When driving and parking near our school, please:

Parents driving their Kindergarten, Year 1 and Year 2 student/s to school are eligible to receive a Private Vehicle Conveyance Subsidy from the Department of Motor Transport. This subsidy has a distance limitation when students reach Years 3, 4, 5 and 6. Click below for more information on the program and how to apply:

When dropping off and collecting students at school, please be extra aware of other students/vehicles arriving and departing. The school zone is 40 km/h from 8:00am to 9:30am and from 2:30pm to 4:00pm. Please do not park directly in front of the entrance. Families are asked to parallel park along the school side of the road to ensure the safety of all students and ensure that students are not walking in between cars to cross the road.

Students who ride bikes or scooters to school must wear a helmet and walk their bikes into or out of the school on arrival and departure. Bikes and scooters are stored in the bike rack at the front of the school.

To avoid confrontations with your child in the afternoon, we encourage you to pre-arrange after school play dates.

Please inform the school via phone or note of any changes to the usual pick-up routine.
